eProgram is a Professional Services company providing consulting services across many market verticals including firs and second line support desk services for its key products.
eProgram is master distributor/reseller in the Asia Pacific region for iET and Dimensional Insight products and partner reseller rights for IntaSoft products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide QA testing of developments (unit testing) and deliveries (build testing)
- Record, log, and maintain Service Desk queries into internal system
- Regularly report and follow-up on unclosed support queries
- Assist technical support to clients relating to the user of software applications
- Assist with producing documentation as required
- Software testing and evaluation
- Research and development as required
