CSG are offering a 6 month Work Integrated Learning Internship through the ACS Foundation scholarship programme. For the right candidate this term will be extended depending on success in the role.

Our Service Desk is fully aligned to ITIL methodologies and acts as the central point of entry to all our customers which feeds all the business streams. We act on behalf of our customer and ensure calls are handled according to contracted SLA’s through monitoring and reporting and ensure the service delivery obligations are met. The service desk is reliant on very specific skills whereby individuals are required to be well versed (spoken & written) in English and are expected to be process driven.

Candidates required to become a Service Desk Consultant, would be a graduate with studies in information technology and accountancy. The role is to provide support on ERP software applications to all end users which are accountancy product based solutions. The skills represented with this support structure would be 70% accountancy and 30% product based.

  • Advanced customer service skills including excellent telephone manner and an empathetic approach to customers
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Troubleshooting & problem solving skills
  • Ability to followed structured process and document steps and solutions for the resolution and escalation of all incidents.
