Corporate Express – Technical Support Engineer – Adelaide, SA
The role exists to provide technical support to Corporate Express’ Customers, with regards to the supporting all equipment within a LAN environment. The role supports customers through’ delivering onsite, remote and in-house services.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure adherence with processes, procedures and SLA timeframes in delivering Operational Technical Services, onsite, remotely and in-house.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously review and improve all business processes relating to all divisions of ITS
- Version control and management of all client standard operating environment images
- Consistent application of Asset management program and 100% accurate reporting
- Client focus and commitment to quality – excellent communication skills
